Early access. Until the online checkout opens, Pro and Agency services are available to every site at no charge. We collect no payment details during early access, and nothing turns into a paid plan by itself. When early access ends, the services stop on sites without a plan. We announce the end date here at least 14 days ahead.
Payments are made on our payment partner's PCI DSS-compliant checkout page. secaudit.eu never sees or stores your card details. All of secaudit.eu uses HTTPS.
Questions
Why are report documents part of Pro?
The documents are made and signed on our servers, so anyone can check with the report code that a report is genuine and unchanged. The compliance summary in the plugin stays free.
What counts as a site?
Each address: every domain, every subdomain and every path of a multisite network is one site.
How is a plan delivered?
Electronically. Right after payment our server emails the license key to the address used at checkout, usually within minutes. Enter it in the plugin under Security Audit → Settings → License; the services start automatically. Nothing is shipped. If the key has not arrived within one hour, write to info@secaudit.eu.
How do I cancel?
Any time, with the link in the receipt mail or by writing to info@secaudit.eu, without giving a reason. The plan stays active until the end of the paid year. We email you at least 14 days before each yearly renewal, with the date, the price and how to cancel.
Refunds?
Full refund within 14 days of a payment, including each renewal, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
When can I pay?
Online purchase is not open yet. We will announce the date here at least 14 days before early access ends. Prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT; the checkout shows the final price before you pay.
Who can buy?
Customers in most countries. We cannot sell plans to customers in Ascension Island, China, Cuba, Iran, Kosovo, North Korea, Russia, Syria or Tristan da Cunha, or to persons and companies on EU, UN or US sanctions lists. See the terms of use.
