Refund policy

secaudit.eu plans are sold through our payment partner, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Its name is shown at checkout and on your receipt. Refunds go back to the payment method you used.

14 days, no questions

Whether you are a consumer or a business, you get a full refund when you ask within 14 days of:

  • your first payment for a plan, or
  • an automatic yearly renewal.

Use the link in your receipt mail, or write to info@secaudit.eu from the address you bought with. The plan ends when the refund is made, and its license key stops working.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are paid by the merchant of record to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days. The merchant of record may also refund a payment within 60 days of purchase where its rules or consumer law require.

After 14 days

You can cancel at any time so that the plan does not renew; it then stays active until the end of the year you paid for. We do not refund the rest of a year after the first 14 days, except:

  • if you are a consumer and your plan has renewed at least once: you may end it at any time; it ends at the end of the current month, and we refund the unused full months of that year;
  • where we end a paid service, or the plan, without a reason under our terms of use; then we refund the unused part of the year;
  • where the law requires it.

If you are a consumer, nothing here limits the rights you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live, including a right of withdrawal.
